Lithgow Community Projects (LCP) is seeking a Business Services Lead to play a key role in managing our financial, compliance, and governance functions.

As the Business Services Lead, you will provide high-level financial administration and compliance oversight, support HR processes, and ensure smooth business operations. This role is central to enabling our team to deliver vital community services. You’ll work closely with the LCP Manager, DFV Coordinator, and Management Committee to strengthen governance, manage risk, and support organisational growth.
